Both bakeries are led by our chef and founder, Kean Loon, who brings with him close to 20 years of baking expertise. Kean Loon’s love for baking began at the age of 17. Since then, he has trained under numerous world-class pastry masters and attended a variety of prestigious masterclasses, continuously refining his craft. His dedication and curiosity have shaped his signature style — a perfect balance of flavor, texture, and elegance. In 2013, he opened his very first bakery, driven by a dream to share high-quality, handcrafted pastries with the community. Today, he is best known for his beautifully layered croissants and exquisite cakes, crafted with care, technique, and heart.
